Into the Christmas Vortex
Besides work and family, the big project in my life is something called the St. Claire Project. St. Claire is the patron saint of television. Yes, there is such a thing! Here is a quote from Wikipedia... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clare_of_Assisi?wprov=sfti1
Pope Pius XII designated Clare as the patron saint of television in 1958 on the basis that when she was too ill to attend Mass, she had reportedly been able to see and hear it on the wall of her room
Because of the beer flu many people cannot attend church. This is definitely true for those who are infirm or have compromised immunity. Therefore we are bringing Mass to them in their homes. We began this during Easter season 2020 and are now continuing for the Christmas season after several months of hiatus.
