20240402 Tuesday The Night Shift: after severe weather last night, the weather here has turned really yucky as the temperatures are plummeting. There’s a lot of drizzle and rain, and it’s just yucky! In the midst of this, there is a homicide breaking the peace we’ve had of late. I take that back. There is a triple homicide yesterday that I am not a part of as far as coverage and that happened in the Northland. however, this homicide is apparently a shooting because it came out as a sound of shots called. A person was found dead in the middle of the street. We live at liberty Memorial as it is a polling place. We started outside, which is cold and miserable, but when inside, which was really nice with bathrooms close by. little things such as this make a big difference for those of us I have to cover and all weather. #prismlivestudio

20240404 Thursday The Night Shift: it is an uneventful evening. There was one shooting call that I checked on, but it turned out to be nothing. We are live at UMKC’s health school. I have brekkus at Town topic on Baltimore.
20240405 Friday The Night Shift: there’s a shooting at 25th and Hardesty, which I believe involves the 16-year-old girl is a victim. I do bump back shots as my talent is in the studio. I finished the morning by having coffee at Cafe Ca Phe.
