Across Europe: Paris

Across Europe:  Paris
We left on our adventure across Europe by rail.

First, we must rest -- kinda hard to get to sleep...
We made it to St. Pancras International Station...
Eurostar is the route to the continent from London...
Brekkus, while we wait, and of course, we had french pastries...

nom nom nom...
Onto Europe!
It didn't seem like we were going that fast...
All the necessary gadgets...  The big garmin stopped working for some reason -- battery probably, so I had to pull out the backup...

On the way down, we asked the train crew about tour ideas for Paris.  They helped us with directions from Gar du Nord to Gare de l'Est.  They also sold us tickets to the big bus tour, which we plan to use
on our way back through...

It took us for ever to figure out these storage lockers.  The attendants were not too helpful.  We got stared down by some Russian men who were impatient and thought we were too stupid to deal with.  They couldn't figure out the lockers either.
Lost in the Paris Metro system...
