20231018 Wednesday The Night Shift and Kansas City Vlog

To start off, there is a huge bump in the road near 87th and Blue River I think the city needs to look into.  I have to check my car for damage.

I heard a fire call on the scanner app for a second story apartment Fire in Raytown.

Fortunately no pets or humans were harmed.  Unfortunately, the apartment residents were put out by the fire.

We are live at the Summit Overpass with glorious views of the downtown skyline talking about soccer.

We have an appointment in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.  In between appointments we have enoug time to visit some downtown boutique stores and a thrift shop.

Our live hits in KCK were the only assignment this night shift.  I go to have tea and I respond to a fire in the northland.

20231009 Monday The Night Shift Fatality involving a Pedestrian at 435 & Metcalf.  We have mint tea at Cafe Ca Phe

20231010 Tuesday The Kansas City Vlog  - I am off work for a medical procedure.  We spend the rest of the day at lunch and Chillaxing.

20231011 Wednesday The Night Shift - Stormy Overnight and Bumpback shots

20231012 Thursday The Night Shift - Bad injury Crash on 71 and Linwood.  I enjoy mint tea in the River Quay.

20231013 Friday The Night Shift - 2 shootings, one a Homicide dominate the shift.  It is Friday the 13th and we are having to deal with crazy situations.  I have Town Topic and take the work car to have an oil change.

Zack and I are attending to fulfill our promise to have Suyen’s birthday present installed without the added expense of a plumber.  With the help of a hammer, we succeed! 

20231013 Friday the 13th Night Shift

It seems like it’ll be slow.  Westport is a little busier than during the rest of the week but not as busy as it usually gets on a Friday morning.  A shooting is reported at East 22nd and 33rd.

Meanwhile, a Homicide is reported at 52nd and College in KCMO.

Tonight is a night for crazy.  It must be Friday the 13th.
