20230328 to 20230402 The Kansas City Vlog_ Boorish Slice Of Life
20230328 My bad back problems have flaired up again. It is very crummy. Even driving around in a car is painful. I am remembering all the things the doctors have told me from my 2016 experience. Fatal Shooting at Independence and Van Brunt in KCMO. 20230329: I called in sick for Wednesday and went to the emergency room, which, unfortunately is now the only way to be seen by a doctor immediately. It is recommended I rest my back until Monday. We've been given a doctors note. 20230330: We finally have a decent weather day and I take the doggies out for a light walk. There is actually severe weather close to our area today which is a sure sign of spring. 20230401: We have an even better day. I take the dawgs out to Parkville so they can free range at the dog park and then we have a little walk for me and cawfee at the Rochester. Cawfee, trains and walking in the golden hour -- what a great combination. 20230402: Holy week begins with Palm Sunday at our church. Dance practice is cancelled for the day as the instructor is sick. We take the doggies back to Parkville.

The Kansas City Vlog- 20230320 To 20230326 Boorish Slice of Life
The Kansas City Vlog- 20230320 To 20230326 Boorish Slice of Life
20230320 The Night Shift Monday-The Dawgs have their moment in the limelight as prop dogs for our live shot at Bar-K. Cawfee needs to be had in Columbus Park.
20230322 Wednesday The Night Shift - It is a foggy drizzly morning. We are live in from of the KCMO City hall talking about next years budget. I go to one of my usual spots for tea.
20230323 Thursday The Night Shift - A very busy morning possibly foreshadows the possibility of much more overnight activity when the weather gets more moderate. First, we have a three car crash where one driver is in critical condition. A tire fire makes me think of the Simpsons running gag. No time to rest as there is another northeast vagrant house fire. Bumpback shots of a foggy morning and tea at Headrush in Briarcliff round out the Night Shift.
20230324 Union Station is lit up for March madness. Other than that it is a quiet night.
20230324 Texas Road Trip - We travel down I-35 to Dallas Texas. We stay at a pricy hotel downtown. We tour the AT &T light show down the block.
20230325 Texas Road Trip Saturday - We visit Dealey Plaza, walk down Elm street downtown, go to the AT & T Exchange and walk around Deep Ellum.
20230326 Texas Road Trip Sunday - we drive out of Dallas and into Fort Worth where we tour the Water Gardens and the Fort Worth Stock Yards.
