I looked like some sort of weird spaceman for some. "What is he up to now?" Some thought it was cool. Many phones came out and pictures were taken. I have yet to see any of those, but I'd like to. I didn't get to get a picture of my new rig. What is it? First off, I started with a drum carrier, and then I attached a table for a laptop and my magic arm for the camera. All of it was too heavy and the battery on my laptop kept dying. I have to keep experimenting. Oh, yeah, what it is is a portable rig for livestreaming and recording events. It is a cross between a marching band and an android. The first vid I shot was of the Keyhole, where co-curator, Jeff Helkenberg took us on a tour of the gallery live....
Then we attempted to get Kansas City Missouri Mayorial Cadidate, Sly James to talk about his candidacy and the local art scene. My battery died before I could complete the interview, so we re-did it on tape. Oh, the higher quality of HD....
Finally... I have my handy dandy google calender with all the upcoming events in the area and beyond...
