I lived there off and on for 23 years. In 2000, I started a walking routine and pretty much settled on a path which I like to take every so often. Grandview is a working class town on the south side of the Metro.
The line of the former Frisco passes through Grandview still, though I think it is used as a spur for the Kansas City Southern.

I was having a conversation a few days ago about graffiti art and the rolling canvas we see every day on the rails. So, while I waited for this train to pass, I checked out the roll by gallery.

Hi,
Your mid century modern school building is the former Mid Continent Public Library building on the north east grounds of the school property.
The Library system and the school got in a snit, and had to build a new facility across 71 hiway, and the school took over this building.
thanks
